How do I setup Slack integration?

Here are the steps to setup Slack Integration.​

  • Log in to the Dashboard using your Slack credentials.
  • Select the Slack workspace you want to use.
  • Click on "Slack" and follow the instructions provided below (from Slack)

Below are the instructions with pictorial representation for training on Slack.​

  • Click on Chat Aid from the Apps.

  • Click on Open Dashboard from Chat Aid Home.

  • Click on Slack.

​

  • Click on Add Source.

​

  • Select the Slack Channels from the drop-down.
  • Click on Confirm

​

  • Please wait for the sources to finish training as they will be shown as 'Processing'

​

  • Once the sources have finished training, they will be shown as 'Active'.

​

You can start asking questions on the Slack channels that have been trained.
